Appointed to the AECI Board in 2006, Litha is a member of the Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees.

He also chairs AEL's Financial Review and Risk Committee. Litha is Executive Chairman and a founding member of Regiments Capital, a Black-controlled and managed financial services group.

He is also a Director of several listed and unlisted companies including Kumba Iron Ore and Sovereign Foods.
